Returns, Exchanges and Cancelations
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given due to the custom nature of embroidery.
We are human and mistakes are made - if a spelling or monogram is done in the incorrect order, please contact us and we will gladly fix it if is was made on our end.
Cancelations must be made within 12 hours of purchase, any time after that cancelations will not be accepted.
All proofs will be emailed to the email listed on your order. You should receive your proof within 48 hours, not including weekends or holidays. Please check your email and respond as soon as possible. Your book will not be sent in to production until this is approved, and production time will not start until this is done.
Payments, Refunds and Taxes
We accept Paypal and Credit Card Payment. All payments must be cleared before items will be shipped. You do NOT have to have a paypal account to check out, just simply choose the button with USE DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD to enter your information without an account.
Due to the custom nature of our books and items, we have a no return policy, unless there is an error on our part. Taxes must be paid by Alabama residents. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, we will gladly assist you within 12 hours of your order being placed, orders will not be canceled after 12 hours.
Other Items(birth announcement, pages, extras):
Payment is the same, through PayPal and Credit Card at check out. You may cancel items up to 12 hours after order for any reason. Any order canceled after 12 hours, is subject to a $15 cancellation fee and if the item has already been made or sent to production, there will be no cancellation allowed.
All of our shipping is done through Priority Mail USPS. This is a 1-3 day delivery based on your location, this time does not include the production time of 4-5 weeks depending on the sale volume at that time. If you are needing an item sooner than the typical turn around time, please contact us. Rush fees may apply to any order needed early.
All orders will receive an email once your item(s) is being prepared for shipment. You will also be provided with a tracking number in the email.
Please understand I am not responsible for damages or delays caused by the USPS - each package is covered with $50 of insurance.
International delivery can take up to 3 weeks. Typically, it takes 6-10 days, but we are not responsible for delays and set backs. We ship with USPS Priority Mail Service. Please contact us if you have any questions!

We do offer store wholesale accounts. You must be a brick and mortar store to carry our items. Please message us if you are interested in being a retail location for our products or fill out the wholesale application on the website. Once you are approved you will receive information on how to log in to your account.
