Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given due to the custom nature of embroidery.
We are human and mistakes are made - if a spelling or monogram is done in the incorrect order, please contact us and we will gladly fix it if it was made on our end.
Cancelations must be made within 12 hours of purchase, any time after that cancelations will not be accepted.
Proofs
All proofs will be emailed to the email listed on your order. You should receive your proof within 48 hours, not including weekends or holidays. Please check your email and respond as soon as possible. Your book will not be sent into production until this is approved, and production time will not start until this is done.
